Hello, I’m Edith, your community End Of Life Doula.

Planning for the inevitable can be daunting. I support individuals and their people through the most difficult steps.

I know what it’s like to be faced with a terminal diagnosis and have your future flash before your eyes. I also am all too familiar with having to share devastating news with loved ones.

Life is short for some, long for others and will end the same for everyone. How we chose to have that completion is up to us.

My daughter reminded me when I started my End Of Life Doula journey that I had the serenity prayer as a guide during her childhood and referenced it often, when times seemed tough. So I choose the Serenity name for my services, because when we reach a sense of calm. inner peace and acceptance about death, we can then move forward with LIVING.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
